Zelena One 

Is the creator of  Karuna (Compassionate) Yoga,  a distillation of more than 20 years of personal practice in many schools of Hatha Yoga  which include Sivananda, Kundalini,  Sampoorna,  Yoga Kids and Yoga Fit.

Zelena has over 500 hours in yoga training along with Masters level training in Oriental Medicine, Expressive Art Therapy, a BA in Fine Art and is a certified Thai Yoga Therapy Practitioner. Beginners and intermediate practitioners will enjoy Zelena's gentle yet firm approach to yoga. Owner of Yoga One in Paradise, she also leads classes, workshops and retreats worldwide. Zelena's love of knowledge and adventure has taken her to the Sivanada Ashrams in the Bahamas and India.
