Chair Yoga - This style of Yoga is the  gentlest form available. We focus on breathwork to strengthen the diaphragm,oxygenate the body,balance moods and hemispheres of the brain. We practice yoga therapy to strengrhen the body, elongate torso and create a flexible spine. We finish with meditation to release tension, deal better with discomfort and nourish the nervious system. Great for ages 5- 105 years.

Beginner Hatha Yoga  - For participants needing modification and support through poses. Gentle flows may be offered. Class great for beginners,those with limitations, or those who enjoy a slower moving class. Straps and blocks may be used. 

Karuna Yoga  - This style of Yoga is a blend of Traditional Hatha Yoga, a complete system of poses, movements, breathing, relaxation and concentration that promotes total health and well-being - Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually. All levels

Slow Flow - Breath, proper alignment and meditation join to restore and rejuvenate the mind and body. Learn to connect breath with movement through slow flowing postures. Feel longer and stronger by creating space for a new found mobility in the body and find peace, joy and stillness in the mind and spirit. All levels 

Vinyasa - Experience a vigorous style of Hatha Yoga that flows breath with movement for a meditative workout. A typical class begins with a warm up, work phase, and a cool down followed by a guided relaxation and meditation. Intermediate level.

 Yoga Ed. (kids & teens) K-8th - FUN, FIT & FOCUSED - Three yoga programs for homeschoolers, clubs, or play groups that are affordable and easy to implement.. Up to 36 weeks of curriculms are available for K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-8th grades. Yoga education presented as an ideal disciple for mind/body fitness. Most classes consist of Time in, Discussion, Poses, Games, Parnter Poses, Class Projects and finish with Rest and Visualization. Because yoga focuses on the integration of breath, movement and concentration, it makes kids aware of their  mind / body state and gives them the insight and tools to be responsible for that state.
Yoga Ed. (highschool) 9th-12th - EMBODY, EMPOWER & EXCEL
Provides a deeper understanding for highschooler  by bring awareness to the fact that yoga education is knowing you have the ability to choose the positive path of health by shifting yourself from imbalance to balance, stressed to centered, angry to calm anytime you choose.
